Stay on top of donor interactions by reviewing and refining your recent meetings and calls each week.

Overview

Week In Review is a beta feature designed to help users reflect on and refine their donor interactions. It acts as a lightweight checklist that appears in your inbox, surfacing meetings and calls from the past seven days so you can review your notes, add additional thoughts, or confirm everything looks good.


How It Works

Trigger and Timing

  • Automatically scans your CRM activity logs for calls and meetings within the past 7 days.

  • Each relevant activity is displayed as an item in your Momentum inbox.

Review Options

  • "Looks good": Confirm that the meeting or call note is accurate and complete.

  • Edit: Add context, update formatting, or capture additional insights you remembered after the meeting.

Data Displayed

  • Shows the original contact report or meeting notes.

  • Associated constituent information is included for clarity


TL;DR

  • What: Weekly inbox prompt to review meetings and calls from the past 7 days

  • Why: Ensures notes are accurate, provides time to add thoughts, and keeps CRM data clean

  • Where: Appears in your Momentum inbox if enabled

  • Who: Available per user
